Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs), and will be responsible for building scalable AI-driven applications to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI/ML models and intelligent systems

Build and integrate chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation tools

Work with LLMs (Large Language Models) for NLP-based applications

Develop APIs and integrate AI solutions with existing systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)

Train, test, and optimize machine learning models

Handle data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering

Deploy AI models into production environments

Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Accounts, Development)

Document processes, models, and system architecture

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

– years of experience in AI/ML development

Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

Experience with NLP, chatbots, and conversational AI

Understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integration

Familiarity with databases, SQL, and cloud platforms

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with OpenAI APIs or similar LLM platforms

Knowledge of LangChain, vector databases, and embeddings

Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)

Understanding of DevOps and model deployment (Docker, CI/CD)

Experience with Twilio, WhatsApp, SMS, or Email integrations
