Description

Develop and implement strategies for effective student recruitment and lead generation.

Manage communication with prospective students and their families to provide accurate information on admission requirements, application processes, and program options.

Lead and coordinate a team of four members, fostering collaboration and ensuring team objectives are achieved.

Conduct detailed application reviews, verifying completeness and eligibility according to established academic standards.

Maintain up-to-date and organized records of applicants within Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Excel, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Prepare and deliver presentations or informational sessions to prospective students and other stakeholders.

Provide support and guidance to applicants regarding academic writing requirements and document preparation.

Utilize customer relationship management principles to build strong, trust-based relationships with potential students and alumni.

Analyze recruitment data and generate reports to track progress toward enrollment goals and identify areas for improvement.

Stay informed on current education trends, admission policies, and competitive offerings to provide knowledgeable advice.

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to streamline admission processes and enhance the applicant experience.

Attend and represent the company at recruitment events, fairs, and workshops to promote study opportunities abroad.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require student, recruitment, lead, communication, application, collaboration, microsoft, excel, data, support, academic writing, customer relationship, management, build, enrollment, current, education, events mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
