Job Overview
We are seeking two professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to support our growing UK-based care home operations from our office in Gujar Khan. In this role, you will handle essential day-to-day administrative tasks, manage data, and ensure smooth communication across our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work effectively with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks to support UK-based care home operations.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
Handle professional email correspondence and communication with clarity and efficiency.
Organize, prioritize, and manage daily tasks independently to meet deadlines.
Ensure high levels of accuracy and confidentiality in all data entry and reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications
Language Skills: Must be completely fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy with a high level of confidence using Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheets).
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask.
Work Ethic: Highly reliable, professional, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility: Ability to work shifts that align precisely with UK business hours ( : AM – : PM UK Time).
