Position: Accounts Assistant ( Vacancy)

Timing: Monday to Friday, : AM – : PM UK Time (Shift aligns with UK business hours)

Salary: PKR , - PKR , per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance)
Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Assistant to support our growing financial and administrative operations for our UK-based real estate business. Operating out of our Gujar Khan office, you will play a vital role in managing daily financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication with our overseas team.
Key Responsibilities

    Invoice & Payment Management: Efficiently process, verify, and reconcile invoices and payments.

    Data & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and digital ledger entries.

    Reporting: Assist in basic accounting tasks, data entry, and preparing financial sheets.

    Cross-Border Coordination: Communicate professionally with team members and external stakeholders in the UK.

Candidate Requirements

    Experience: Proven prior experience in an accounts assistant or bookkeeping role is required.

    Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a comfortable command over basic computer systems/accounting software.

    Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and financial tracking.

    Communication: Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal English is highly desirable given the UK clientele).

    Adaptability: Ability to comfortably work during UK business hours (afternoon/evening shift in Pakistan PKT).
