Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, Excel).

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers.

Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Record journal entries and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

Assist in audit preparation and respond to auditor queries.

Verify expenses and ensure compliance with company financial policies.

Maintain petty cash and handle day-to-day financial operations.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other departments for financial matters.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

– years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates may be considered).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
