Timing: pm to am - Sunday Off

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented US Accountant to manage accounting tasks aligned with US financial standards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US GAAP, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and tax basics related to US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations for US-based clients.

Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and statements.

Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with US GAAP and client-specific accounting policies.

Coordinate with US clients for financial queries and updates.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Work with QuickBooks, Xero, or other US accounting software.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience in US accounting (preferred).

Strong understanding of US GAAP.

Proficiency in QuickBooks / Xero.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
