Position: Finance Manager

ICT Distribution is looking for an experienced Finance Manager based in Pakistan to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning for our regional business activities. This role requires a strong finance professional with regional/national-level experience, ideally within a multinational, distribution, or APAC-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly closing activities

Oversee accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting

Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis

Maintain vendor and partner payment schedules across operations

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and financial policies

Coordinate with auditors, banking partners, and internal stakeholders

Provide financial reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership

Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and reporting systems

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification such as ACCA / CA

– + years of relevant finance/accounting experience

Must have regional or national-level finance experience in Pakistan

Strong command of accounting systems, financial reporting tools, and Excel

Experience working with multinational, regional, or APAC-focused organizations will be preferred

Strong understanding of compliance, reporting accuracy, and financial controls
