Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial statements related to pharmaceutical operations.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciling accounts.
Maintain and update the general ledger and trial balances.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory authorities.
Monitor inventory costs, stock valuation, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely completion.
Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Stay updated on industry regulations, including FDA, EMA, or other relevant pharmaceutical compliance standards.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
