Description

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for our office located in G- Markaz Islamabad to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Capable of using MS Office Accounting Software

Responsibilities:

Communicating with clients to better understand financial needs and report that information to the Accountant

Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing

Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.

Working closely with accounting or financial professional to manage client’s records

Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

Bank reconciliation.

Scheduling client appointments and managing important department deadlines

Skills:

Administrative skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.

Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.

Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master of Commerce, CMA (Fundamental Level), CA (Foundation Level), BBA/MBA

Timing: : AM to : PM

Package ( k - k) as per skills
