Description
Responsibilities: -
- Coordination of Academic Programs
- Develop proposals and curricular outlines for new academic programs
- Maintain regular liaison with school departments
- Handle scheduling of academic calendar including students’ weekly class schedule
- Faculty Support and Development:
- Coordinate regular meetings for the purpose of advancing academics and research directives.
- Document all internal faculty committees, set agendas for committee meetings, and develop list of official policies and protocols
- Facilitate cross collaboration among faculty for meeting curricular goals and timelines.
- Keep track of important faculty deadlines and send regular reminders.
Student Interaction:
- Handle student queries regarding the school and its various programs and activities.
- Manage student enrolment requests
- Communicate student issues/requests to relevant faculty
- Business communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills (ability to prioritize tasks)
- Ability to multi-task
- Analytical skills
- High organization skills and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized institute
- Strong academic writing skills (A writing sample will be requested from shortlisted candidates)
