We are looking for talented & experienced call center agents and Verifiers just like you to join us as " Customer Sales Specialists and Sales Closers on the live transfers program.

Role Summary:

As a senior call center agent, you will be taking sales and escalation calls from our customer support/sales agents & professionally verifying customers' details & answering their queries.

You will be closing these sales calls of pre-qualified customers and transferring their calls to our client's team in the USA.

You will be provided with the necessary support, training, and resources to be successful in your new role. You should perform your role professionally and in a disciplined manner to meet your KPIs & rapidly grow in this role.

Key Requirements:

You must have a minimum of MONTHS of experience on any of the call center campaigns/projects i.e. Final Expense Insurance or Medicare Health Insurance.

Previous experience on call verification/closing will be preferred & offered as per expertise.

You must be punctual, hard-working, disciplined & self-motivated with abilities to complete given tasks on time.

You are the finest individual with profound verbal communication skills.

You have the desire to learn, develop, and achieve the highest standards.

You must be a target-oriented and highly motivated person.

You must be available to work full-time in USA business hours i.e. Night Shifts.

The ideal candidate should have intermediate to bachelors qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require fluent, communication, selling skills, call center, sales, call center agent, closing, training, insurance, medicare, verbal communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 31 to 90 (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
