Description
Senior computer operator responsible for monitoring, reporting, first-level and escalation support for various processes within I / T: application support, implementation, database management, hardware / network support. This position will report, assist, and document all issues to the appropriate management personnel as stipulated in the Computer Operations Manual.
Knowledge about:
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity, punctuality and reliability
• Learn basic operations for software, hardware, and other commonly used equipment
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint, and OUTLOOK)
