Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in editing and post-production of video content for multiple YouTube channels.
- Cut, trim, and arrange footage to create cohesive and engaging videos.
- Add and synchronize music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance video quality.
- Design catchy thumbnails for the YouTube videos
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for video content.
- Learn and adapt to the YouTube automation content creation process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and content creation techniques.
- Learn new tools and technologies fastly
- Learn about the social media audience in general, and YouTube in specific.
- A strong interest in video editing, graphic design, content creation and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop)
- Familiarity with content (video and image) formats, codecs, and file compression.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain video quality and consistency.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to the YouTube automation content creation process.
- A portfolio showcasing any previous video editing and graphic designing work (if available).
- Exposure with ongoing AI trends and generative AI tools for content creation and management
- Familiar with product management tool like Monday, Notion, Airtable, Asana.
- A high degree of creativity and a passion for storytelling through video.
- Having deep curiosity about the world and how it works.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn new concepts and tools fastly.
Job Specification
Haris Digisol is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Visual Content Specialist in the field of Information Technology in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require analytical skills, editing, video, content, youtube, music, sound, graphics, quality, design, creative, ideas, automation, content creation, process, industry, tools, social media, general, video editing, field, basic, software, adobe premiere pro, adobe, photoshop, image, compression, effective communication skills, portfolio, graphic designing, management, product management, creativity, problem solving, analytical, concepts mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
