Traveling Agency Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Traveling Agency Manager to lead daily operations, manage bookings and suppliers, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day travel agency operations

• Manage airline tickets, hotel bookings, visas, and tour packages

• Lead and supervise staff performance and schedules

• Handle key clients and resolve customer issues professionally

• Build relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners

• Monitor sales targets and improve revenue performance

• Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures

Requirements:
