-To pay regular visits to the Distributor, Dealer, and other prospective customers to promote company products.
-To supervise, lead and motivate the sales staff to get best results.
-Manages an assigned team geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
-Monitoring market trends and develops sales and marketing strategies and plans of product sales with coordination of Director Sales and Marketing.
-Assigns job to staff and directing, coaching, supervising, and leading them to achieve the desired sales output. Conducts periodic review of media market surveys, customer research, market conditions, competitor data, and implements marketing plan changes in order to identify new potential clients and market.
-Establish and maintain effective contacts with Consultants, Architects, specifies, Builders and Contractors. To provide pre-sales, during sales and after sales services to the customers.
-To monitor commercial, project, institutional business in city.
- Prepare procedures in order to run sales & marketing department accordingly also maintain sales & marketing records.
-To keep close eye on the competitor’s activities and to inform the top management accordingly.
-To display issue date/ last date of payments and collect the payments from the customers.
-To co-ordinate and arrange sales promotional activities like product awareness meetings and training sessions etc.
-To co-ordinate with the customer in case of any complaints.
-To compare/ confirmed the sales man ledger with the compnay records also prepare weekly report with coordination of Accounts Manager.
-Followup with dispatch department in case of order return.
- Giving targets to Sales Team.
-To arrange product promotional activities.
-Meet Management Sales Targets.
-Ensure timely payment/Recovery
-To carry out any assignment given by management.
