Requirements:


- Proven experience as Telesales representative or other sales / customer services role.
- Ability to learn about products.
- Excellence communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address compains.

Responsibilities:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product.
- Answer questions about the product or the company.
- Ask customers to understand the requirements and close sales.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.

Ltd. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of TeleSales Agents (Female) in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduation / bachelor's qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require telesales, representative, sales, customer, communication, interpersonal skills, cool, negotiation skills, inform, product, process, b mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 30k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
