Description

Responsibilities:

Develop clear and concise technical documentation for a variety of audiences, including end-users, developers, and system administrators.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, software engineers, and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy in technical content.
Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical users.
Organize and maintain documentation repositories to ensure easy access and version control.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical writing and incorporate them into our documentation processes.
Continuously improve existing documentation based on user feedback and evolving product features.
Participate in cross-functional teams to support product launches and updates by creating release notes, FAQs, and other relevant content.
Adhere to company style guides and branding guidelines to maintain consistency across all written materials.
Stay updated on the latest developments in technology and software to enhance the depth and relevance of technical content.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s degree in comuter science, or other related fields qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require technical documentation, system, software, product, technical, content, complex, concepts, documentation, access, version control, industry, technical writing, user, feedback, support, release, notes, branding, materials, technology mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
