Description

Job Purpose & Accountabilities

• He/she will support servers and desktop based operating systems and applications, Microsoft Server Windows /R and /R - Active Directory, Group Policy deployment/management, Windows Desktops , and

• He/she will ensure that the Service Level Agreements (SLA) are adhered to at all times

• He/she should have ITIL knowledge

• He/she will provide coordination and be an escalation point for the local technical and project teams

• He/she will support all parts of the infrastructure with a focus on Problem Management of Applications including Core Platforms (Server / / ), Exchange, DNS/DHCP/Group Policy

• He/she will monitor and to be able to make recommendations regarding servers performance

• He/she will analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies
