Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Support Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Regional CEO. This pivotal role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, handling communications, and coordinating international travel. The successful candidate will be based in Dubai and will play a key role in facilitating the CEO’s interactions with vendors, business associates, and other partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO’s business calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are well-organized and that the CEO is prepared for all engagements.
Arrange international and domestic travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and local transportation.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with vendors, business associates, and partners, including preparing meeting agendas and necessary documentation.
Handle incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring that all communications are responded to in an efficient and professional manner.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
Facilitate smooth communications between the CEO’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
Manage confidential matters with a high level of discretion.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably within a financial services or consulting firm.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in managing digital calendars and correspondence.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
