Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Supplier to manage the procurement and timely delivery of goods and materials required by the company. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely supply while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.

• Source and purchase goods, materials, or products as per company requirements
• Ensure timely delivery and follow-up with vendors
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and stock levels
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to manage stock levels
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers
• Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies and procedures

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes
• Attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and procurement software
