Description

NICON Group of College is seeking a skilled and passionate Spanish Language Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate should be able to teach Spanish in a practical, engaging, and learner-friendly way for students and professionals.

This role involves delivering structured classes and helping learners build real-world speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Spanish language classes for beginners to intermediate level.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and practice exercises
• Focus on speaking, pronunciation, and everyday communication
• Assess student progress through tests and assignments
• Maintain class discipline and a positive learning environment
• Provide feedback and support to students
• Coordinate with academic and administration teams 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written)
• Prior experience teaching Spanish (institute or online preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and simply
• Relevant certification or degree in Spanish is a plus
• Comfortable teaching in a classroom or online setting
