Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media channels and developing and implementing social media strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, be able to create engaging content, and have experience in analysing and reporting on social media metrics.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
. Manage and maintain social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
. Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts
. Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
. Analyse and report on social media metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns
. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media marketing
. Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and design, to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels
Required Skills:
Ø Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a minimum of - years of experience
Ø Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ø Strong creative and visual skills, with experience in creating social media content
Ø Experience in analysing and reporting on social media metrics
Ø Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Ø Strong organizational and project management skills
Ø Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required
