Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to build and manage our online presence across multiple platforms. You’ll work directly with the founder to set a content theme and strategy, then plan and deliver regular posts to grow engagement, brand awareness, and trust within the healthcare and accountancy space.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a consistent content strategy aligned with Locumkit’s brand and audience.

Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across:

TikTok – short-form videos (approx. – per month)

Twitter (X) – tweets every – days

LinkedIn – posts every – weeks

Facebook – posts every – weeks

Instagram – regular posts/reels (weekly or bi-weekly)

Work with the founder on brainstorming video ideas and themes.

Repurpose content across different platforms while tailoring to each audience.

Track and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, growth).

Suggest new ideas, trends, and ways to improve Locumkit’s online voice.

About You

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

Experience in content creation (graphics, captions, video editing is a plus).

Able to balance professionalism with creativity—our audience is healthcare professionals, but we want content that feels fresh and engaging.

Organised and consistent with scheduling.

Collaborative, but able to work independently with minimal supervision.
