Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage our portfolio of short-term-rental properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. The ideal candidate will manage property operations, ensuring top-notch guest experiences and smooth day-to-day functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all booking inquires and respond to guest messages in a timely and professional manner.

• Coordinate with guests to confirm bookings, provide check-in instructions and address any question or concern.

• Coordinate with owner, cleaners and maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operations.

• Optimize property listing on various platforms on Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO to ensure maximum visibility and bookings.

• Coordinate the check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for guests.

• Respond to guest reviews and feedback.

• Establishing long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum year working experience in short-term-rental management, hospitality or related field.

• Experience with STR platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO) will be preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance coordination.

• Attention to detail and customer service focus.

The ideal candidate should have diploma/bachelor/master qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require dedicated, portfolio, property, operations, guest, professional, owner, maintenance, personnel, platforms, feedback, management, hospitality, field, communication, housekeeping, coordination, customer service, focus mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 100k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
