- Well versed in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Document, test plans, test cases, use cases, design and requirement specifications
- Perform manual testing of application performance, security, databases and interfaces
- Perform automated testing with Selenium, Protractor, Appium, Katalon Studio
- Identify, isolate and track bugs
- Hands-on experience with bug reporting tools such as Mantis
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Trello
- Able to explore and learn new tools, technologies, and testing processes
