- Providing support to all desktop end issues (Operating systems and related application softwares installation and configuration).
- Basic hardware troubleshooting of PC’s, Laptops printers and other IT equipments.
- Basic troubleshooting of network,( LAN and WAN) connectivity.
- Installation & support of IT equipment’s (PC,Laptops,Printers, Scanners & etc.)
- Management of DHCP, WUS Server.
- Maintain IT inventory and send update to line manager.
- Qualification Graduation (IT will be preferred)
- Experience – years relevant experience
- Hands on experience on Key accountabilities
- Good Communication skill (written and spoken)
- Good command on MS Office
- Ability to learn & adapt quickly
- Should have good analytical skills & problem-solving attitude
