Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Advisor with a strong financial background and sales acumen to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and driving growth through strategic use of LinkedIn and Google Search. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in corporate finance and related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute lead generation strategies primarily through LinkedIn and Google Search.

Engage and build relationships with potential clients by understanding their financial needs and proposing tailored solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.

Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our services.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and campaign strategies that resonate with target markets.

Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall profitability of the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications such as CFA or MBA is preferred.

Proven experience in financial services sales, with a strong understanding of corporate finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and related financial products.

Excellent networking skills with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and build relationships via LinkedIn and other online platforms.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into understandable terms.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
