- The Security Manager manages and oversees the implementation of security processes and procedures that safeguard UPS employees, facilities, and assets.
- He/She also directs security audits, internal and external investigations, and package care initiatives.
- This Security Manager works with law enforcement to ensure compliance with government regulations and company compliance.
- He must have experience in courier operations.
- Applies advanced security knowledge in evaluating and implementing changes to procedures and controls; demonstrates the ability to identify and assess security issues and to recommend and implement solutions; applies in-depth knowledge of investigative techniques for complex security violations; possesses knowledge and ability to educate others about security policies.
