Summary

We are looking for an efficient Scrum Master at Phaedra Solutions, where you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices and processes within our development teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure that our projects are delivered successfully, on time, and with the highest quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your Scrum Master skills while contributing to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to the Scrum team.

Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.

Familiar with the use of agile planning, monitoring and adapting tools & techniques.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.

Foster collaboration and communication within and outside the Scrum team.

Ensure the team follows Agile and Scrum best practices.

Ensure the availability of SCRUM metrics to all stakeholders.

Assist in creating and maintaining a product backlog.

Monitor and report on project progress, using Agile metrics.

Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.

Encourage continuous improvement within the team.

Maintain a positive team atmosphere and promote a culture of continuous learning

Qualifications

Bachelors or Master Degree with Computer Science

Experience

- years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.

Skills

Should have extra-ordinary interpersonal and human skills

Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Scrum Master Certification (e.g., CSM) is a plus.

Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.

Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops effectively.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Adept at working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Knowledge of Agile tools and practices (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ClickUp) is a plus.

A passion for continuous improvement and learning.
