Job Description:
- The Service engineer is responsible for providing support services to all customers, specifically related to installation, maintenance, support services & troubleshooting.
- Provide onsite installation, instrument validation, commissioning and training on analytical lab equipment.
- High quality technical and application support to customers.
- Develop technical documentation related to service department.
- Maintain detailed records and service log books of instruments, visits and projects.
- Reporting periodically to management and correspondence with foreign partners.
- Travel to different cities of Pakistan to successfully commence the repair and preventive maintenance tasks
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving attitude
- Strong computer skills, including Windows , Microsoft Suite.
- Should be skilled at explaining/documenting technical issues in detail in order to get advanced support from foreign manufacturers.
- Should be able to follow technical operational manuals, service manuals, diagrams etc. for independent troubleshooting of instrumentation

The ideal candidate should have dae electronics, b-tech biomedical, bachelors in chemistry qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require communiaction skills, skilled at explaining/documenting technical issues, service engineer, providing, support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, validation, commissioning, training, analytical, equipment, quality, technical, application support, technical documentation, service, instruments, reporting, management, correspondence, travel, repair, preventive maintenance, strong communication skills, problem solving, computer skills, windows 10, microsoft, order, instrumentation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 45k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
