Description
· Must be able to managing the correspondence between the sales team, their clients & often times updating the customer about their order status.
· Prepare Quotations and maintain their record.
· Preparation of documentations for Demo Equipment.
· Making project pipeline Report weekly and on monthly basis.
· Lodging Customer Service Calls.
· Must be able to Update all quotes and leads on CRM.
· To Prepare the Inter Brach Order and update them in ERP.
· Coordination with Warehouse regarding shipments schedule and their delivery.
Job Specification
Zultec Group is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Sales Support Officer in the field of Marketing in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have b.a, bba, b.com, b.sc qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require correspondence, sales, customer, order, preparation, demo, project, pipeline, service, inter, coordination, warehouse, schedule mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 30k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
