Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our remote team as a sales specialist. They will serve as the link between Marka Agency and our potential clients in the Gulf and US markets. Your primary role will be to build and develop strong working relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Daily research and targeting of SMEs via LinkedIn, Bayt, and others.

Prepare personalized messages to attract the attention of marketing and finance managers.

Conduct sales calls and meetings:

Contact potential customers via phone or video.

Provide a short, compelling presentation about our services (Social Media Management + AI Automations).

Customer Qualification and Proposal Making:

Understand customer needs and formulate appropriate solutions.

Prepare, send, and follow up on commercial proposals.

Closing deals and achieving goals:

Managing the entire sales cycle from inception to closing.

Achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals.

After-sales Relationship Management:

Coordinating with the implementation team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Following up on contract extensions and upselling.

Reporting and Follow-up:

Recording all activities in a CRM system (such as HubSpot or Zoho).

Submitting weekly and monthly reports on performance and achieved goals.
