Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Acquisition

Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their business needs.

Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.

Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.

Team Collaboration & Planning

Participate in setting objectives and sales targets in alignment with company goals.

Assist with coaching and performance tracking of sales representatives when required.

Stay updated on emerging markets and competitive trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require sales, customer acquisition, pipeline, build, business, revenue, expenses, management, design, customer, base, market, collaboration, planning, setting, alignment, coaching, performance, tracking, internal, customer experience mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
