Description

• Monitor the market and identify opportunities for soliciting inquiries for new works / projects.
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for building client relationships within assigned sales territories.
• Travel to visit potential customers, getting involved in an early stage of new projects, establishing reports and advising customers on potential solutions.
• Respond to sales inquiries from customers as well as advising clients of our products that will cater to their needs.
• Analyze the market and competitor pricing, prepare periodic reports to be submitted to the management.
• Review quotations before they are sent out.
• Aggressively increase market share and closely monitor upcoming projects in the region.
• Ensure regular sales progress and reporting structure encompassing sales activities and forecast.
• Build and maintain strong, productive, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Handling and resolving of customer complaints, pre-empt any areas of dissatisfaction on either sales or service and ensure it is addressed in time.
• Negotiate agreement terms with clients, finalizes all commercial and technical issues and successfully conclude bids to win the contract.
• Follows up with client with regards to payment.
