Responsibilities
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Requirements
- Candidate should have done masters from the reputed university.

The ideal candidate should have bachelors / masters qualification and atleast 8 years of experience. The position require unit, marketing, sales, forecasting, volume, profit, team, program, requirements, level, business, industry, coaching, people, management mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
