POSITION DETAILS
We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative for our IT agency to sell our Digital Services. The sales representative must have a strong understanding of our sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, services, prices, and availability.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- US accent is a must as we are only targeting US-based clients.
- Must possess good knowledge about logo, website, and PPC services so he or she should be adequately competent in making UPSELL sales.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling -Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting client’s objectives.
