Description

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for calling potential customers using a given directory to sell products and services.

• Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customers inquiries and complaints

• Using scripts to provide information about product’s/ services’ features, prices etc. and present their benefits

• Follow-up on leads and prospects generated through any of our marketing channel and maintain accurate records on the system

• Communicate clearly, comprehensively, and with complete professional and personal integrity

• Consult and make recommendations to prospect customers as per their business needs

• Meet personal target (monthly, quarterly and annual targets)

• Assure the preparation of all the required documents from the client’s side to create smooth processing environment

• Assist with preparation of sales material or various other assigned projects as required

• Participate in internal/external surveys

• Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics code

• Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

• + years of experience in Sales or Marketing (preferred)

The position require calling, directory, calls, complaints, scripts, benefits, marketing, channel, system, professional, personal, make, business, target, preparation, documents, side, processing, environment, sales, policies, procedures, ethics, relationship, providing, support, field mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
