Ideal candidate for an Sales Advisor position possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales, and thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment. They are adept at building rapport, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

Appointment Setting: Schedule client visits to our office, ensuring efficient coordination and confirming appointments.

Consultation and Closing: Conduct thorough consultations, present our services, and use effective sales techniques to achieve closure.

Lead Generation: Actively participate in lead generation efforts through calls, emails, and networking.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction post-visit, and maintain CRM records.

Product and Market Knowledge: Stay updated on services and industry trends to provide informed advice.

Administrative Duties: Prepare reports, coordinate logistics for client visits, and adhere to sales processes.

Team Collaboration and Development: Work collaboratively with teams, participate in training, and continuously improve sales skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience in selling services such as EdTech, Life Insurance, Banking, etc.

Familiar with CRM systems

Proficiency in MS Office

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Excellence Training Centre success

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Team player

Great interpersonal and communication skills
