Description
JOB CODE: HRD-PC/TD-
- To support, supervise and monitor field teams and activities across the province.
- To facilitate/guide the field teams in addressing the field related and/or technical issues
- To support the field team in liaising with the District Health Management Team and other stakeholders at regional/districts level.
- To conduct monitoring field visits to the assigned region (comprising multiple districts) as per work plan.
- To notify the supervisor and take corrective actions whenever any inconsistencies/irregularities/errors are suspected or detected.
- To monitor and review the daily field reports.
- To ensure the field team is collecting/uploading/maintaining the field documents/ photos.
- To conduct weekly progress meetings with the field team to discuss performance, issues and challenges in fields.
- To attend weekly review meetings to share all the field updates and challenges with supervisor and project teams.
- To comply with organizations policies and practices, and project SOPs and implementation plan.
- To perform other assigned tasks/duties.
- To Maintain moral and ethical conduct.
- Ability to travel (upto %).
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)
Required Qualification
- Computer Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English/Urdu/Sindhi (oral and written) will be strongly preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Team oriented.
