Description
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable at all times.
Maintain visitor logs.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments.
Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Coordinate with office staff to facilitate day-to-day operations.
Maintain office supplies and inform the admin/HR department for replenishment.
Support HR and management with small tasks (e.g., arranging interviews, handling basic employee queries).
