Position: Real Estate Agent:
We are seeking a motivated and result driven real estate agent to join our dynamic team. As a real estate agent, you will be assisting clients in buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties. Your primary objective will be to guide clients through the real estate process and provide expert advice and ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
Responsibilities:
• Act as trusted advisor to clients understanding their unique needs and goals in buying, selling or renting properties.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with current real estate trends.
• Show casing properties that meet their criteria and arranging property viewings.
• Prepare and negotiate real estate contracts, ensuring legal compliance and representing clients.
• Guide clients through the negotiation process.
• Collaborate with mortgage brokers and home inspectors
• Stay informed about the local and national real estate’s regulations.
• Maintain strong network of contacts.
• Proficient in using real estates data bases, CRM systems and other relevant software.
