Description
Establish SOPs for production and follow up processes.
Setting quality standards for the factory, following buyer’s requirements and guidance for each departments and processes.
Establish quality standards within the company and implement same on the factory side to ensure the implemented quality standards are being strictly followed.
Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production.
Train newly hired quality assistants.
Experience in working for buying/sourcing house will be an added advantage

Cube Discipline is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Quality Manager in the field of Quality Assurance in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors or masters qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require production, setting, quality, standards, requirements, company, factory, side, product, house mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
