We have an exciting position available for a Quality Assurance Specialist with international call center experience!

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customer interactions meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct a thorough analysis of customer interactions and provide constructive feedback to our call center representatives.

- Develop comprehensive quality assessment programs and implement effective strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.

- Monitor and evaluate metrics, such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the performance and skills of call center representatives. ✨

Qualifications:

- Minimum of year of experience in a quality assurance role within an international call center environment.

- Demonstrated knowledge of call center best practices, quality assurance methodologies, and industry standards.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively provide feedback and coach call center representatives.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
