Description
Responsibilities:
• Prepare demand/request slips
• Prepare purchase orders for purchasers
• Prepare outward slips
• Prepare Good Receiving Note (GRN).
• Maintain record for pending/completed purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies
• Quality verification/checking of all incoming supplies that the items are as per the requirements mentioned in the demand slip/purchase order.
• Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
• Working with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed.

MUNDIA EXPORTS is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Purchase Officer in the field of Purchasing in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require demand, purchase, pricing, data, inventory, quality, purchase order mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 45k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
