Description

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to determine optimal system configurations.

Develop detailed technical proposals and quotations.

Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.

Provide first and second-level technical support to existing clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems, network infrastructure, and software applications.

Configure, install, and maintain CCTV systems and related IT equipment.

Provide training to clients on the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems.

Document all support activities and solutions in a timely and accurate manner.

Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed.

Maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and industry trends.

Participate in product training and certifications.

Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and product improvements.

The ideal candidate should have diploma qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require sales, customer, solutions, technical, product, site, system, proposals, support, process, technical support, phone, email, cctv, network infrastructure, software, equipment, training, maintenance, activities, complex, senior, product portfolio, industry, product training, feedback, product development mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
