Description
“Project for Gender Responsive Actions to Ensure Retention through Community Engagement and School Practices (GRACE)” aims at introducing activities to improve the retention of girls’ and boys’ students in primary education in Sindh Province (Sukkur and Khairpur districts) through involving communities and improving quality of education focusing on mathematics. This project has just started on the basis of the record of discussions (R/D) signed on November , , by three parties: Economic Affairs Division Ministry of Economic Affairs, Government of Pakistan; School Education, School Education and Literacy Department, Government of Sindh (SELD); and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). SELD is the implementing organization and JICA dispatches Japanese experts (JICA experts) for technical cooperation. The Project is seeking for a Pakistani candidate who fill the post of the project coordinator who works under supervision of JICA experts in Karachi from mid-June to mid-June .
