About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented English Lesson Content Creator to design fun, engaging, and pedagogically sound English learning materials for school-aged children (ages – ). The role is completely online. You will work closely with our academic team to produce video scripts, worksheets, presentations, flashcards, interactive activities, and assessment materials aligned with CEFR levels (Pre-A to A ).

Key Responsibilities

Create weekly English lesson content (vocabulary, grammar, reading, speaking, listening, writing) for kids at beginner/elementary levels.

Develop print-ready and screen-friendly materials:

Lesson plans (teacher-facing)

Student worksheets (colorful, illustrated)

Flashcards & vocabulary cards

Animated video scripts / story scripts

Quizzes and simple tests

Ensure all content is age-appropriate, culturally neutral, and fun.

Use clear instructions and kid-friendly visuals (or work with designers).

Include Turkish translations for key words/phrases (if bilingual support is required).

Align lessons with internationally recognized standards (e.g., Cambridge Young Learners, CEFR).

Revise content based on feedback from teachers and pilot classes.

Meet weekly content delivery deadlines.

Requirements

Essential

Native or near-native English proficiency (C –C level).

Previous experience creating English teaching content for children (ages – ).

Understanding of basic pedagogy for young learners (TPR, games, storytelling, repetition).

Ability to write clearly, simply, and engagingly.

Good knowledge of basic grammar and vocabulary progression (A –A ).

Reliable internet connection and computer.

Availability for weekly online check-ins (flexible hours).

Nice to have

Basic Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides skills.

Experience with basic to advanced-level speaking learners (or bilingual content).

Basic illustration or animation direction skills.

Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Google Classroom, or LMS systems.
