Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant Manager to oversee our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and workforce management to ensure efficient and cost-effective production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met.

- Implement and maintain high standards of quality control and safety.

- Develop and execute production schedules to optimize resource utilization.

- Manage plant budgets and control operational costs.

- Lead and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

- Collaborate with other departments to align production with business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the FMCG industry.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and MS Office Suite
