Description

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Digital Marketing Content and Visual Designer Specialist to enhance our brand presence and ensure smooth service delivery.

This role is dynamic and hands-on, making it ideal for someone tech-savvy, highly organised, and confident in managing multiple projects across various platforms. You will need to strike a balance between creativity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment.

As part of our creative team, you will help bring our mission to life and expand our impact through compelling visual storytelling. You will be the driving force behind our visual identity.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely and cohesive digital content delivery aligned with marketing campaigns.

- Managing digital and social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), running and monitoring campaigns, and maintaining our online presence.

- Designing eye-catching graphics.

- Creating short-form, platform-specific video content for channels such as Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

- Selecting high-quality photography and video, along with editing and producing content that resonates meaningfully with our clients and broader audience.

Requirements:

- Experience in social media or content creation.

- Confidence in filming and editing short-form videos.

- Strong writing and storytelling skills.

- Familiarity with design software such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro (or similar tools).

- A team player attitude with a willingness to grow.

- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

- A creative thinker with a passion for marketing, design, and digital storytelling.

- Highly self-directed, organised, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
