Description
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients .
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence .
Handle requests and queries appropriately .
Manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments of CEO
Make travel arrangements .
Produce reports, presentations and briefs .
Devise and maintain office filing system.
Take dictation and minutes of meetings.
Job Specification
Textile Testing International is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Personal Assistant to CEO in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors/masters qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require interpersonal skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
